Below is a list of Insurance Plans we participate with (or are "in network" with).   When we participate with an insurance plan there is usually an adjustment made off of our full fee to benefit the patient.   Since we are always evaluating other plans to participate with please check back for updates.  

This list may not be all inclusive so if you do not see your plan below please Contact Us for more information. Not all dentists participate with all plans in every location.  Remember, if we do not participate with your particular plan we will still submit a claim for you and do our best to help you get the maximum benefit allowed by your plan.

Discount Programs:
We do not participate with any outside Discount Programs - instead we offer two Dental Care Advantage Discount programs.

Dental Care Advantage Senior Discount Program (ages 60 and over). 
Dental Care Advantage Discount Program (under age 60).
